How We Partner

BMI, as the development entity, has an exclusive Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreement with the Worley Group along with a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) contract. This provides BMI with the full power of the Worley Group’s design, construction, operations and management expertise at its disposal.

We seek to work with Municipalities, Industrial Campus Developers, Large Corporations and Transportation Industries

Option One - Save landfill space while increasing revenue

This Option requires a minimum project size of 100 TPD.

Our Patented RDF Processing Technology is manufactured and designed to blend, dry, shred and condense incoming RDF and/or biomass feedstocks. Incoming material in a heated vessel which allow the fibers of the carboard, and paper to be impregnated with the plastics in the incoming waste stream resulting in a most stable RDF

The use of this technology will allow landfill operates to reduce the amount of incoming material, in some cases, by as much as half, allowing the operator to take-in double the amount of waste, therefore increasing the daily tipping fee.

Our Super RDF has the following benefits:

  • Better compaction at the landfill

  • Reduces the amount of methane gas production

  • Material will be drier and more resistant to leaching

Note: In cases where the existing landfill has an ongoing gas extraction operation the moisture content of the material can be adjusted.

Option One is typically a purchase or lease agreement

Option Two - Create a zero waste option (No Landfill)

This Option requires a minimum project size of 200 TPD.

Option Two is our "Total Recovery Facility" (TRF) with Environmental Education Center.

  • Bioconversion of waste creates renewable fuels and energy and achieves carbon neutrality

  • Clean-and-green technology with near-zero emissions, with no incineration

  • Eliminates the need for costly recycling and achieves 100% diversion from landfills

  • Eliminates Vector issues and the need for hazing

  • Eliminates complaints from neighboring communities

  • Reduces odors

  • Never fills up or closes due to weather conditions

Option Two can be one of the following:

  • P3 agreement between a Municipality or Operator and BMI. BMI and it's partners can provide up 75% of the necessary funding for the project, leaving 25% equity for the Municipality or Operator. Therefore, providing a revenue stream to the municipality of Operator.

  • Fully owned and operated by Blue Marble Innovations with feedstock agreement for the operator or Municipality
