TIM NEWBERRY

Tim Newberry, RA, AIA, LEED GA, CRL

Mr. Newberry is a registered professionally licensed architect in the State of Hawaii for over 25 years, and 5 years in the State of Washington. Tim has worked previously as an architect for the Offices of General Services for the State of New York, and billion-dollar rail projects in Honolulu and Seattle.

Tim previously held the positions of National Sales Manager and Assistant Operations Manager for a high tech company .
Tim, has over 30 years of sales and marketing, design and construction, and contract Management experience in the Institutional, Military, Industrial, commercial and residential design and alternative Energy Facility markets. Tim has a strong design skill set in sustainability, energy efficient, green and carbon neutral projects and a vast knowledge of the carbon markets and related industries.

Mr Owen is a highly accomplished and vision-driven professional with substantial experience in business development, operations, management, relationship management and advisory. Proven success in deployment of effective policies, processes and procedures to drive company-wide revenue. Demonstrated history of executing successful strategies to achieve collective results as a true team leader

Additional experience as Vice President & Relationship Manager Wealth Management at the Northern Trust Company and Advisor at Wells Fargo Bank.
BILL KUCHARSKI
Government Relations
William Kucharski graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources Engineering). He was a Registered Professional Engineer and has worked over the past 40 years primarily on waste treatment systems and environmental remediation. He has lived and worked in Germany and the Middle East (Kuwait). He relocated to Hawaii from Kuwait in 2008 and managed multiple environmental projects including an undersea cable EIS for renewable energy transmission to Oahu from Maui County. In 2016 he was appointed Director of Environmental Management for the County of Hawaii and served in the mayor’s cabinet for 4 years. He was responsible for Solid waste management, wastewater, and recycling. The problems associated with an island economy (import) and the resultant waste production was a major issue for the County. As Director a major responsibility was planning for appropriate solutions to this ever-present issue.
